Enviro-Naziism is OK, But Exempt the Elderly

That is the point that Michelle Malkin appears to be making in this post.

There is only one thing better than arbitrary edicts forced down our throats by high-handed bureaucrats.  And that is arbitrary edicts capriciously enforced.  Let’s force everyone to recycle in 5 different bins, but if people say they can’t, then let’s spend billions of dollars to have social workers knocking on doors to inquire why people aren’t complying!

Michelle: wouldn’t it be easier to make a simpler point?  This whole creeping envirofascism movement is evil.  The problem isn’t that the guy is 95 and can’t see or understand.  The problem is that the government is sacraficing our lives for nothing!
